Katie Dillon is a textbook example of working your way up from the bottom. She started working at Meyers, the parent company for Desktop Labels™, at age 16 and spent a few years packaging kits and taping boxes closed. She moved on to do filing and receptionist work for the company, then helped with customer samples and promotional materials, and eight years after taping up boxes, became a Business Manager for DeskTop Labels™.
“The best part of my job is talking with customers from all over the world in all types of industries,” Katie says. “Every label application is a new and an interesting challenge.”
Not to say Katie doesn’t have her quirks. A vegetarian, one of her favorite foods is peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches.
Katie has the most fun spending time with her two dogs pictured on the web site and spending time outdoors.
