Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your label order, you may return the unopened boxes
for a full refund. DeskTop Labels™ will work with you to make sure that you are
satisfied.
- The customer shall notify DeskTop Labels™ of a pending return within 30 days
of customer receipt of shipment. Returned boxes from the order must arrive at
DeskTop Labels™ no later than 5 business days past the 30 day return period.
- The customer may be eligible for other options such as merchandise exchange
or a credit on a future order in lieu of a refund. The customer will make the
final determination on the option.
- Credit will apply to unopened boxes returned to DeskTop Labels™.
- Customer's responsibility is to see that a good faith effort is made to make
sure that boxes sent back to DeskTop Labels™ remain in good condition while in
transit back to the DeskTop Labels™ facility.
- The customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost unless:
- DeskTop Labels™ will cover all normal ground shipping costs (UPS) if the order
or material was either inaccurate or defective.
- The customer may be responsible for partial cost of the difference between
ground and express service if expediting a replacement order becomes necessary.

Shipping Estimates
Desktop Labels™ now offers you the ability to estimate how much
it will cost to ship your order to U.S. destinations without the
need to sign in or begin the checkout process. Here's how it works:
- Simply add items to your cart - OR - click on the "Cart" button at the
top of the page to view your cart. Shipping estimates are based on the quantity
and weight of the items in your cart.
- Click the "Estimate Shipping" button found near the subtotal line item
on the cart page.
- Enter your United States Zip Code, and click the "GO" button.
Shipping estimates are just that - estimates. The actual shipping costs may
vary depending on the shipping options you choose when you create an account with
us. We currently provide shipping estimates for UPS®, FedEx® and the US Postal Service to destinations
within the continental United States. To inquire about other shipping methods, or
