I thought you might like to have a reply to your efforts to recruit me as a new customer for your 8801 & 8821 labels. You have succeeded. I will not name the other two companies we checked with but you were the best on all fronts. One of the companies we checked with was a nationally prominent brand of labels.

  1. You provided enough sample material to really test it. The other two companies either provided a 1 inch by 3 inch preprinted piece of material or just one sheet. Since we were looking for a laser printable label we needed to try more than one "printing".
  2. Your customer service was truly "Customer Service", not just a department with that label. You went out of your way to help me.
  3. In my opinion, your product is of higher in quality than the other two companies we received samples from.
  4. Your product was priced below that of your competition.
