Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Yes, we can cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped. In some cases, we are not able to cancel orders online. Please call us at 1-800-241-9730 to cancel the order. If your order has shipped and you no longer require the product, please review our return policy.

Yes, we can make changes to your order as long as the order has not shipped.

Do you except purchase orders?
Basic requirements for applying for Net 30 Terms:

  • Established for a minimum of 2 consecutive years.
  • You have an active phone number, address, and website.
  • Your organization has established credit with at least 3 other Companies.
  • You plan on ordering a minimum of $1500 annually.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
If you are located in any of the following states: GA, IL, KS, MN, MO, NJ, OH, TX, or WA, we are required to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a current Certificate of Resale, or a Tax Exempt Certificate.  Please email a copy of your certificate to
request@desktoplabels.com and we will apply the certificate to your account.

How do I get a copy of my current or past invoice?
You can find a copy of your current or past invoice by accessing the
"My Account" section, located in the upper right hand corner of the Desktoplabels.com homepage. Once there, simply click on the order number to view a specific invoice.  If you feel your invoice is incorrect, please contact our Help Desk at 1-800-241-9730, or by email at request@desktoplabels.com.

Can I get a sample sheet of the product I’m interested in?
Yes, we can send you a few sample sheets to test in your printer.  Please send the information below to request@desktoplabels.com.
